La Paz Scooter Rental operates the https://lapazscooters.mx website, which offers scooters, motorcycles and ATVs for rent in La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico.

This page informs visitors about what information is collected when you use our website, how it is used, and the third-party services involved. In short: we only receive personal information when you choose to send it to us through the booking form, and we use it solely to reply to you and arrange your rental.

The Booking Form

When you send a message through our booking form, we receive the name, email address, and message you provide. This information is used only to answer your inquiry and organize your rental. Your message is delivered to us as an email by Mailgun, our email delivery provider. We do not store your information in any database, and we do not add you to marketing lists or share your information with anyone else.

Spam Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The booking form is protected against spam and abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile. To tell humans and bots apart, Turnstile evaluates certain browser and device signals, which are processed by Cloudflare. This data is not used for advertising. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It is a privacy-first service: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites. We only see aggregated statistics, never information about you as an individual.

Hosting

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the website to your browser and to protect it from attacks. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies of its own. Embedded third-party content may set its own cookies: our booking page includes a Google Maps embed showing our location, and your use of it is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy.
